Nutrition and Fueling

Delve into pioneering research on nutrition strategies designed to optimize athletic performance. We will explore recent findings from the PAC12 nutrition intervention focused on optimizing energy availability, examine the interplay between fueling habits and circadian biology, and investigate emerging insights on the diet and microbiome’s influence on female health and performance.
