- Check-in will be located in front of the Conference Center (4th Floor).
- Poster Sessions & Reception will be on the 1st Floor in the Shivakumar Courtyard (rear of CoDa).
- Accessibility: Ramps are available at the front and back of the building.
- There is a private lactation room on the fourth floor next to the women’s bathroom with a refrigerator.
We recommend taking public transportation (i.e., free Stanford shuttle) or using a ride-sharing service like Uber or Lyft to Stanford University if possible, as parking can be expensive and somewhat inconvenient. Below are instructions for different ways to get to campus.
- Stanford Marguerite Shuttle: Closest bus stop is #79, C Line (Jane Stanford Way in front of CoDa)
- Ride-share Drop-off: Top of the Oval (#20 Palm Drive)
- Biking: Bike racks are available near the CoDa side entrance
Please allow 15-30 minutes to find parking and walk to the building.
To park on-campus, you will need to purchase a parking permit through the ParkMobile app on the day of the event.
Nearest visitor parking garages:
San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and San Jose International Airport (SJC) are the closest airports to Stanford University. They are both equally close.
We do not have a hotel block for the event.
Here are a few options for local hotels:
- The Graduate Hotel: 2 miles from campus, ~$580/night
- The Nest Palo Alto: 3 miles from campus, ~$300/night
- Dinah’s Garden Hotel: 4 miles from campus, ~$270/night
