Presentation Options

– Poster: Individuals who submit abstracts may be selected to present a poster. We welcome abstracts that are relevant to any aspect of female athlete health and performance, including both basic science and translational or applied research. We define performance broadly to include both physical and cognitive performance, and individuals of all ages, abilities, and sport/performance types.

– Translational Talk: We invite clinicians, coaches, performance and health staff, athletes, and industry professionals to share your insights and expertise through a short (1-3 minutes) translational talk to help others connect with and learn from you. Translational talks may include unmet needs (e.g. we’re still struggling with X despite decades of research), open gaps, challenges, opportunities for collaboration, success stories or what has worked well in your experience. 

The FARM Advisory Board will review and select submissions according to the following criteria:

• Relevance to and potential impact on female health and performance
• Scientific merit including quality, innovation, and creativity
• Interdisciplinarity and collaboration

Who Can Submit

Individuals at any career level are welcome to submit an abstract. Trainees will be eligible for awards.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Individuals interested in presenting at the meeting should submit a short abstract through this form. Abstracts must be 2000 characters or fewer, inclusive of spaces. This is approximately 250-300 words. Each potential presenter may submit a single abstract, but individuals may be co-authors on more than one abstract. The deadline for submission is 11:59 PM local time on September 12, 2025.
